Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every item is handcrafted in our UK workshop and shipped discreetly under plain cover.


Dispatch Times

All products are handmade to order. Our current production and dispatch window is 3 to 12 weeks, depending on workload and the complexity of the item.

Once dispatched, all orders include full tracking.


UK Delivery

  • Sent via Royal Mail Recorded

  • Typical delivery time: 2–5 days after dispatch

  • Discreet packaging as standard


USA Delivery

  • Fast tracked delivery

  • Typical delivery time: 5–10 days after dispatch

  • Most USA customers receive their orders without any additional charges

  • Tracking provided for all shipments


International Delivery (Outside UK & USA)

  • Sent via International Tracked services

  • Typical delivery time: 7–14 days after dispatch

  • Most customers receive their orders without additional charges

  • Any local customs fees, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient


Customs & Duties

Most international customers receive their orders without any additional charges. If your local customs office applies a fee, this is payable by the recipient.


Late Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch within the stated time. If your order has not been sent within the expected window, please contact us by email.


⭐ Returns & Exchanges

Faulty Goods The Latex Factory will accept refunds or exchanges if the goods are faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the receipt.

Returns Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges Exchanges must include instructions for the required size. A replacement item will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.

Hygiene Notice For reasons of hygiene, underwear ranges can only be exchanged if faulty. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.

Custom / Special Orders Individual or bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they are made to the customer’s own specifications.
