Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Standard items Unused standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Bespoke & made-to-measure items Due to the custom nature of bespoke and made-to-measure orders, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not made to the agreed specification.

Faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to return To initiate a return, contact us at info@thelatexfactory.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
