Returns & Exchange
We strive to make sure that all products are inspected carefully and sent out in perfect condition. Because all our garments are made to order, we regret that we accept returns only in the case of defective products. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or changed at our own cost.
Returns will not be accepted for any damage as a result of misuse or improper treatment of the products. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged, you must notify thelatxefactory via email within 48 hours of receiving the order of items that are to be returned for repair or replacement. Items must be returned within seven 7 days, in their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is new and without any indications of wear. If your garment does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for a similar article at no cost, except postal charges will apply. Please make sure to double-check sizes and colours before submitting your order. Also for our clients’ safety we will not under any circumstances accept exchanges of any of the following if they have been worn: panties, briefs, gags, any item worn on the genitals, etc.
Refund Policy
If a product is found defective and returned to us as requested, but cannot be repaired or replaced, thelatexfactory.com guarantees a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item by return mail. Please remember that refunds are given only for items that have been returned to us within seven days
