The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we will be able meet it in full. You will also be allocated a transaction number for that order - please quote this as your reference in any enquiries you may make.

Purchasing from our website

The contract between us will be formed once we confirm to you acceptance of your order. We will do this by email for internet orders, by telephone for phone orders and for postal orders, when we dispatch the goods.
Prior to then we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures
Prices
All prices shown on the shopping website are excluding postage and packaging. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases we will refund your monies in full.

Products

Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons out side of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product.
We will endeavour to notify you of the change prior to dispatch.

Payment

For Credit/Debit Card payments you may use: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Visa Delta, Switch or Solo. All prices quoted in the online shop of The Latex Factory are in UK Pounds Sterling and credit/debit cards will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.
The Latex Factory Products charges will discreetly appear on your statement as Storemart Ltd

Orders Outside UK.

If your order has been placed using our currency selector, please note you will be charged in UK sterling and the amount may vary from the amount displayed in your local currency. The debit will be applied at the point at which your order is despatched. This may give rise to currency fluctuations.



Delivery

Delivery can be made to destinations within and outside the UK. All items are discreetly packaged under plain cover. All packages in the UK are sent via the Royal Mail Recorded and we aim to deliver goods within 5 to 8 working days. All Overseas orders are sent via Air Mail International and can take between 5 and 10 working days depending on where you are in the world. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within the time stated but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery.
If goods have not been received within the stated delivery time you may contact us by e-mail.

Returns & Exchanges 

THELATEXFACTORY  will only accept refunds or exchanges if the goods are faulty. Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if the item is in its original condition and unworn together with the receipt. All exchanges must include instructions on what size you require and a new item will be sent to you. Returns must be shipped back with the receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt.

Please note: For reasons of hygiene, underwear ranges will only be exchanged if they are faulty. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping.
