When you wear this hood you are totally encased in BLACK RUBBER with a BLOW UP GAG stuffed in your mouth. There a 2 SMALL HOLES for BREATHING or you can have NOSE PIPES fitted which can go up the nose if you so wish. This GAG is VERY LARGE when BLOWN UP and will totally fill your mouth.
